I have a problem with Noggit. I'm new with Noggit so i have no idea how it works.
But when i'm trying open Noggit it just close after 2 secs, meanwhile the title changes.
Could someone please help me? (And please someone who is experienced with Noggit problems and knows how to solve it.) ;)

It´s importand that the # character in front of a line marks this line as a comment. So all lines starting with this will be ignored by noggit. To use a config entry you must discard the # in front of this line. Here you can se an example for a config file:
So try:
#Edit this to your WoWFile!!!
Path = D:World of Warcraft 3.3.5Wow
Instead of:
#Edit this to your WoWFile!!!
#Path = D:World of Warcraft 3.3.5Wow

I have 2 folders. 1 with v3.3.5 and another with v5.1

v5.1 was the last 1 i played.

that's the problem mate start up 3.3.5a login and start up noggit if it works just say thank you ;)

I'm from Denmark i'm not quite good a english so how to execute the wow with adminstrativ options.

It was supposed to be:

Whats the matter with my post? o:

I wrote to check the User Manual. You basically HANDED him his error.
And it took over 27 posts for him to understand it over 10 thousand different ways (most of which are not even remotely making sense by the way. Opening Wow up ? For the regedit ? If he is using config anyway ? What. Missing DLLs ? If it seems responsive without a windows error ? What.). Really. I am shaking my head here.

Guys USE THE TUTORIAL pack and read the tutorial.
You get around 99% off al basic problems.
Also DO NOT RUN NOGGIT USELESS AS ADMINISTRATOR OR IN COMP MODE:
It is not needed and even can cause your noggit to crashes!
