So you set your actual GPU as default in the settings and it still has exactly the same lines in your log? That just can't be.

i still don't see why this is happening... I tested it on my Laptop and it works fine, My Laptop as everything the same for the Grahpics card.

Go to bios and turn OFF the build in GFX. This should be descibte in your mainboard manual. Most you have to press F2 or DEL a first Bios screen. Search the bios for onboarg gfx and disable it.

I really love how people are just not simply answering questions I pose, trying to help with it. It is irrelevant, if your laptop has the same settings.

So, I'm asking this clearly once again:
Have you completely turned off the internal GPU in the settings, the bios or anything as default?
Does your log still show the exactly same lines?
