I can't add any wmo anywhere in SDL1.2. However, I tried adding wmos with Noggit3 and I succeeded. It means the problem is with the SDL 1.2 at my side.

And you get a crash of the app during insert? Do you use Administrator mode or Compabillity?
Try to reset the right on your wow folder. If nothing helps we can make a teamviewer session. Just add me on a messanger.

No you should NOT use. If noggit dont find the model you want to add and U use admin mode noggit crashs.
Copy of models work?

Without compatibily, noggit doesnt even start for me. I have to use XP SP3.

The you did somehting wrong. ;) YOu dont need this mode. But this gives me the point back in mind reset rights for the wow folder for your login user.
