Title: [QUESTION] Imported Model Causing FPS Drop
Post by: Laduguer on May 03, 2014, 08:28:53 pm
Hey guys!

Having a weird issue. I imported a model from another game recently. It has an unremarkable number of verticles and submeshes and is generally lower quality than most WoW models.

However, when I convert it to a .wmo and put it ingame, it causes me to experience a massive FPS drop. I have imported other models from the same game before with no issues.

I tried going through the conversion process again but with no results.

Do you guys have any ideas?

Thanks!

if u added this WMO throught noggit
check if noggit didnt saved it multiply times (idc 50xWMO in same Cords)

Hey.

Unfortunately i'm still experiencing this issue - i've tried both converting it to an M2 and i've checked that there are no duplications, but no luck.

Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong?

You could always upload the .wmo to see if anyone else has issues with it.
