Post by: Zebraka on June 15, 2014, 11:11:35 am
Hello,
As title said , i'm new with blender and it was too much for me.
I'm blocked at this step :
https://www.dropbox.com/s/cd4mj3kz1n06d ... .08.38.png (https://www.dropbox.com/s/cd4mj3kz1n06dk9/Capture%20d%27%C3%A9cran%202014-06-15%2011.08.38.png" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;)
I don't find a good tutorial on google so if anyone can say me what i have to do.
Thanks

Click B to box select. Select the UV points above the texture, and then click G to drag them.
You can hold ctrl to make them snap so they are neater.
Do that to the ones in the top right also so they are right inside the texture.

Also, next to edit mode in the bottom leftish, to the right there's a circle, click that, and choose textured.

That should work!

ctrl+L will help to select linked vertices within the UV mapping interface. as will just holding ctrl and dragging to select within a custom shape.

Most of the time, old topics are out of date and hard to understand, and I'm sure mostly everyone tries to Google before they come here as their last resort.

We already answered the question, and there was no need for your extra, rude input.
