Hello guys, i have tried to port DBZ's SSJ3 hair into a helm for WoTLK, but i find it so tough since im new with the program.
I have got the Model Viewer OBJ of a human female char and then i have tried to match the hair as if it was a helm on a human female, but i got this result: http://i.imgur (http://i.imgur" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) .com/aDBAdWR .jpg (sorry cant post links)
Also i cant get the textures to work. I have followed a youtube tutorial from someone here like 20 times w/o any results
Im not going to post any patch or file, i will only do it if someone wants to help me and asks me to do it, but i want to learn to do it with some help
Well, i hope someone can help me, cheers guys,
EDIT: SOLVED THANKS TO DAHAGA AND PHILIP

You cant add custom models to wow because the wow disable the custom models.

Wait...what? Of course you can lol

Did you add this as a geoset for the character model or a seperate .m2 that you wear as a helm?
If you added it as a geoset the problem is most likely it is badly rigged.
If you added it as a seperate model as a helmet, then the problem is most likely that the geometry is not in the center of the object.

Look at this image if you don't know what I mean. In this picture my geometry is not in the center of the model. (The object center point is only seen on selected submeshes).
Don't listen to ladiszlai he is trying to trick you into some bullshit.

Hello, what i tried to do is to create a separate m2 to modelswap, in not doing this for a Server.
How do i set the correct geometry? I just opened the Human WVM.obj and adjusted the scale in to it without touching anything.
Also do you know why my textures dont work?
Thank you for your response
