Title: [QUESTION] Vrykul Male Character Model ID

Hi, trying to find the CHARACTER model ID for the vrykul male, as in the one that you can find in the Wow Model Viewer that wears gear, not an npc model, thanks.

(to clarify, i mean a number that i could enter into creaturedisplay.dbc overtop of, for example, the humans.)

2594, 2595.  I'm guessing you don't realize this takes all of two seconds to look up in CreatureModelData.dbc?

Tried those, they are not character models, they cant be customized or geared.

but obviously one of they can, i just cant find it.

Those are definitely the default IDs.  Look at the model path in the dbc I referenced in the last post.  Obviously if it doesn't work that means you've got some other work to do.  However, the problem is not the model ID number.

I hope you realize that I already answered this for you.  You asked for, and check the subject of the post, "model ID".  What Chrispee gave you is the display ID.  Both of those display IDs reference the model IDs I gave you respectively.

As I said in my last post the problem wasn't the model ID.  Apparently it was that you needed a display ID using that utilized the model ID.  ;)

Yeah, i read your post but assumed that, as the next one gave some ID numbers, that you were mistaken or something. i know there are gear-able ones in that list, because the character models are in there, fully customizable, but apparently nobody knows the vrykuls....

i guess the only way for me to find out is to test every one with nothing in field 3 or 5 =p

Because no textures are defined in those display IDs.
