I am looking for a tutorial how to convert MoP items & NPCs to WotLK.
I want to convert only certain things for a small patch

What's your level of Expertise in this field?  Do you just need to learn how to convert M2/SKIN Files?  Or do you need to learn the whole entire process?

-Opening MoP MPQ's
-Extract MoP Models/Skin/Texture files(a bit annoying but can be coped with)
-Conversion(Fairly straight forward)
-DBC Editing(Pain in everyone's booty lol)
-Making a Patch for WoTLK

If it's just converting M2/Skin files, that's pretty quick and easy but the other things can make the whole process come to a staggering slow paced crawl XD.

Yeah.. i know how to Edit the DBC Files.
But i dont know, how to convert What i´ve to do there and blaa..

When I try to open the patches I get an error...
It ends at "Loading Archive Files.."
If I do not insert "wow-update-base-16016.MPQ..." it works..

Can you help me?

you have to select all the wow-update-base files into the bottom box like I do and make sure you click that Merge Mode button.  Also make sure your install is a full install meaning wow model viewer should work with it.
