What you have is an .OBJ Model, which is a model format that does not support animations or even bones for tat matter. So your model does not have any animations, my advice would be to use m2mod3 or 4 to assign this model the animations of a human model in WoW like the human male or lich king. You do that by using the "Weight Paint" tab in Blender, be careful tho you have to weight paint all vertices or crash.

yeah I get it , it's hard work.

But I don't mind hard work , I got confused by the tutorials.

I basically want to swap , use human animations and skeleton on this model .
