People have posted tutorials in the past on how to edit m2s in blender, but alas those threads collect spider webs and dust. On the few threads I could dig up the download links for all the tools don't work, and I can't find any of the tools via the search box.
So I'm requesting that someone make an updated tutorial on how to model edit in blender. Simple as that.

So there are guides but you request someone to do the whole task again, just because the download links are down? Have you tried to just ask for reuploads or searched the web?!

Luckily I didn't need to ask for reuploads because the threads are so old that many others before me have already asked only for a moderator to throw the whole "this thread is 2 years old" line in their face.
Also having google doesn't help when you don't know what the names of the files you are supposed to be downloading are. It's pretty easy to type out the name of the file you're downloading right next to the link, but people just don't do it.
And yeah, the tutorials need to be updated instead of just posting links, because as time passes by software updates and new programs come out and some stages become obsolete.

Like Vortalex, I'm stuck as soon as I try to download any program to edit/create anything for wow.
There are lots of tutorial here, it's really cool to see that so much people tried to help the others (like me ^^) and spent so much time to write their tutorials :)
Where I'm stuck is often the same thing : when they say we have to DL wow model viewer, M2MOD, or any program, those programs don't work with the others (blender for example) and we're stuck because we don't know which version of the programs we have to find to complete the tut's.
Sometimes, the forum attachements are broken too, and we can't complete the tutorial.
For sure, if the method didn't change, no need to rewrite a tutorial but if someone here can put a list of links to download the right programs it'll be really helpful ^^'
I know the time this person will spend to put it, and I know nobody has the task to help the newbies like me. But I'll be happy to be able to modify anything if someone can tell what we need to DL, for sure.
I hope everyone will understand what I try to tell, my english is really bad but as for my wow moding level, I try to enhance it ^^'
